About the Event
“Echoes of the Mandolins” invites you to a special musical evening filled with nostalgia, romance, and the enchanting spirit of summer, on Wednesday, 26th of August, at Technopolis 20 garden, at 8pm.
The concert brings to life the atmosphere of old Athens, taking the audience on a musical journey through songs and traditional Athenian serenades from a bygone era, specially arranged for mandolin orchestra and piano.
Joining us as vocalists are Christina Papatziaκου and Sofia Eleftheriou.
The programme includes beloved songs such as “Stis Plakas tis Anifories” (On the Slopes of Plaka), “Asta ta Mallakia Sou” (Let Your Hair Be), “To Tram to Teleftaio” (The Last Tram), and “As Erchosoun gia Ligo” (If Only You Came for a Little While).
