Echoes of Becoming - Mediterranean & World Music

An evening filled with Mediterranean rhythms, melodies, and colors comes to Cyprus for the very first time!

The music project Echoes of Becoming, which began in the United States and has travelled through different cultures, presents a unique programme combining world music with Mediterranean jazz.

Elina Georgiou (clarinet) together with Zenonas Economides (guitar) and special guests will offer a musical experience influenced by Cyprus, Greece, Armenia, and the wider regions of the Balkans and the Middle East.

The repertoire includes works by acclaimed artists such as Ara Dinkjian, as well as original compositions inspired by the sounds and traditions of the broader Mediterranean area.

The ensemble creates a captivating musical journey full of emotion and authenticity. The concert promises an evening where improvisation meets the sounds of the Mediterranean and the deep musical heritage of the East.
